Pilates Art was founded in 2005.
We did research for 17 years, and since the beginning we have been sharing what we found out, while also starting to apply the findings on a daily basis.
We then continued applying that research further in time to see what the final compound results are: not just practicing Pilates as it was designed (not in a Classical, Contemporary or any other specific way) using original equipment (not brands) but taking it further and seeing what are the long term effects of of doing so.
After a few years off line -moved to another country- now we restart sharing that information.
We do not have to please anyone so we are quite free to do it for free, in a free way.
